Culinary Trips

If you want a taste of ‘Sierra Leoness’ look no further than the local cuisine. Traditional restaurants offer a taste of Mama Salone. Cassava leaves sauce, leaves no one unmoved. Other local dishes such as Crain Crain, Sawa Sawa, Okra soup, normally served with Foofoo, Jollof rice with fresh fish from the ocean. The fertility of the Sierra Leonean soil gives very organic vegetables and fruits to seal each meal with.
