Our Terms are that :

Agreement for the trip is binding when RNT signs the customer’s order. Such order should be confirmed immediately.

All payments should be made on the agreed date. Such should be by wire transfer to RNT’s designated account.

The customer is required to pay a deposit for the order base on the agreement provided.

RNT holds the right to the cancellation of the order if full payment is not made as will be agreed.

RNT will inform the customer on all extra charges.

RNT does not refund cancellation of agreement on the package order.

If the traveler is under 18 yrs, it should be indicated during the placement of order.

RNT will give out all information regarding visas and passport.

RNT will give out information about health requirements from governments.

All services which are not initially requested, and for which the customer wishes to add on the agreed package must require a special agreement and cost.

The customer is allowed to make changes to the initial order. But the customer must pay any extra fees as a result of the changes.

The customer can request for a compensation if the services as ordered are not delivered.

RNT is responsible to assist the customer in difficult situations through out the trip.
